Check-out & Extensions: We love when guests want to stay longer! If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled check-out. Last-minute extensions (on the morning of departure) are often not possible as our cleaning team travels a fair distance to reach the property. PET POLICY: Exploring the Hinterland with Your Dog We love hosting four-legged guests! To keep your pet safe and our property beautiful, we have a few strict requirements: 1. Wildlife & Safety (Critical - Please Read): You are staying in a real rainforest environment. Protecting Native Wildlife: We have wallabies, koalas, and echidnas on site. Paralysis ticks are found in this region, so please ensure your pet's prevention is up to date. Be vigilant for Cane Toads at night (toxic to dogs) and leeches (common after rain). Baits: As with most rural properties, we use rat bait stations to manage pests. While we place them carefully, please supervise your dog at all times to ensure they do not investigate areas they shouldn't. 2. Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not permitted on beds or sofas unless you use your own pet blankets. If your dog is a "cuddler," you MUST bring throws to cover our furniture completely. Evidence of pets on uncovered furniture (hair, muddy prints) will incur an extra cleaning fee. 3. Never Leave Pets Unattended: Pets must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside) while you go out. Strange environments can cause separation anxiety, leading to barking or damage to doors/screens. 4. Cleanliness: Please clean up after your pet immediately. Muddy Paws: We know adventures get messy! Please ensure your dog is clean and dry before entering the house. Extra Cleaning Fees: If our cleaners need to spend extra time removing pet hair, muddy prints, or odours, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will apply.

You will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire Creek House and its private deck. Being right on the water's edge, you are welcome to step outside and explore the beautiful, babbling creek that flows past your retreat. Our property is home to two separate retreats. To ensure absolute privacy for everyone, we kindly ask that you enjoy the Creek House and its immediate surroundings, and refrain from approaching the other dwelling (the Pool House). We ensure its guests do exactly the same, giving you complete peace and seclusion. For those wanting a longer walk or to explore further along the creek, there is an additional walking path on the property. You'll find the entrance to this path directly opposite the caravan. Parking is also provided for your convenience in the carport attached to the Creek House.
